Terms and Conditions of the Affiliate Program

General definitions

Bookmaker's office - a resource (examplebet) in the Internet, where users are offered the opportunity to bet on a sporting event online;

Affiliate Program - an agency in the field of marketing, which through affiliate schemes to attract new visitors to the site;

Partner - webmaster (individual or legal entity), who fulfills the conditions of the affiliate program on partnersexamplebet.com, attracts new users, thus promoting the products of the BC;

Players - clients of the bookmaker's office who have registered through the Partner's link;

Earnings - certain funds received by the Partner as a commission from the profit from the players attracted by him;

Payment - accrual of Partner's earnings from the Partner's internal account of the Affiliate Program to an external payment system;

Reporting period - a certain period of time, for which the funds received by a Partner become available for withdrawal to external payment systems;

Advertising materials - a set of tools used to promote products of examplebet betting company on the Internet. The site Administration is not responsible for the place and order of placement of these materials by the Partner.

Affiliate Agreement

By registering in this program a Partner confirms that he/she has read and agrees with the terms of the Partnership Agreement specified below.

1. The conditions of the Partner Program can be changed, and the Partner will be notified about it via e-mail.
2. Only a client who has reached the age of 18 can become a participant and fulfill the conditions of the Partner Program.
3. All responsibility for the safety of personal data, their preservation, including login and password, lies on the Partner. The Partner Program examplebet is not responsible for the loss of personal data.
4. The Partner Program may refuse to cooperate with a Partner, in this case the examplebet Affiliate Program is not obliged to explain the reason for the refusal.
5. The examplebet Affiliate Program has the right to make any changes to the Rules.
6. The current Rules are those that are published on the website of the Affiliate Program at the moment, there is no possibility to trace the chronology of changes. In case of changes in the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program, the clients will be notified about them to the e-mail specified during Partner's registration.
7. Clients of the Affiliate Program are provided with graphic advertising materials, there is no text support. Partners are allowed to use the site information in any variations.
